The hoop tricks on this site are divided into ON BODY and
OFF BODY categories, as well as MISC., ISOLATIONS, and TWINS/MINIS.

To view the video tutorials associated with each hoop trick,
just click on the green numbers to the left of each trick title.

This is not an official site of any kind, it’s just a handy resource of hoop tricks/moves that I have gathered and put into one place to share with other hoopers. Some hoop tricks may not have tutorials but are listed for reference until tutorials are found. I am only trying to link to tutorials, but in cases when the only thing available is a video showing the trick, that’s what I’ll post until I can find a tutorial. I’ll be updating as I find more links, so please check back for more.
